Dear Parent/Carer
All young people in S1-S6 will be asked to complete a short online questionnaire during class time. This will be administered via Microsoft Forms and consists of 14 questions. It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The letter below and Privacy Notice provides you with additional information about the short survey and how your child’s information will be used by Renfrewshire Council. It also explains what to do if you do not want your child to take part in the survey. Your child will also be given a leaflet explaining the survey.
